ATEC recently launched the Fall 2024 cohort of the ATEC Academy! This initiative addresses the critical shortage of qualified aviation instructors, providing essential training for professionals transitioning from industry to the classroom.
Over the next three months, participants will engage in a blend of in-person and virtual learning, focusing on active teaching strategies, lesson planning, and hands-on lab instruction. Designed to support both new educators and seasoned professionals, ATEC Academy is dedicated to equipping instructors with the tools needed to thrive in aviation education.
