The 2024 FAA reauthorization bill's inclusion of multiple aviation workforce development provisions highlights the power of coalition-building and the collective impact of industry efforts. Join us to discuss the implementation plans for key provisions, including the military aviation maintenance technicians rule, the airman knowledge testing working group, the CAREER Council, and the Bessie Coleman Women in Aviation Advisory Committee. We will also cover the study and working group evaluating high school aviation maintenance training programs, updates from the Youth in Aviation Task Force, and enhancements to the Federal Aviation Workforce Development programs.
