Choose Aerospace Program Directory
As part of ATEC's commitment to supporting aviation technician education, the Council offers to its members a directory of schools utilizing the Choose Aerospace curriculum, the majority of which are high schools. The curriculum, which covers the general subject areas of the Mechanic Airman Certifications Standards and developed in partnership with industry leaders like Clemson University Center for Workforce Development and ARCS Aviation, is designed to create clear pathways from secondary education into FAA part 147 schools. By adopting Choose Aerospace, secondary programs can enhance collaboration, provide students with industry-tested content, and put students on an early path to aviation mechanic certification.
