Livia Hayes leads the market intelligence team at Oliver Wyman developing and maintaining the short and long-term forecast outlooks for the global aircraft fleet as well as the annual MRO spend attributable to those aircraft. The team provides analyses and forecasts for other aviation and aerospace issues including labor, cargo, and emissions that are used for a variety of client engagements as well as industry publications. Hayes leads the development of these forecasts and associated commentaries in addition to supporting client and project teams and provides subject matter expertise to the entire aviation, aerospace, and defense practice.
